  1. I am a new collector, and found your page while searching for Olivetti information… how exciting! I have a Valentine and Lettera 32 Cursive, but I love the Praxis 48 you’ve got going on here… beautiful machine. And that little pop of red! Nice.

  2. Hi, Mrs Foote. Thanks for visiting. You may also like the Olivetti page on my dedicated typewriter site, Machines of Loving Grace. I haven’t gotten around to adding the Praxis yet.

  3. You made me sign up just to specifically say, “I hate you and your lovely, lovely Underwood.”

    That is all. :)

  4. I think Mr Clemens has a club for that. Membership cards and everything.

  5. I had a feeling ‘Machines of Loving Grace’ was you… something about the voice of it. I discovered THAT site when I was hunting around for info on my recently-acquired Montgomery Ward Escort 35 (forgot to mention that one above). Go you!

  6. Wow, that Praxis is remarkable. I want a poster of that for my office.

  7. That can be arranged. What size would you like?

  8. The Underwood takes my breath clean away. Be sure to tell us about the Olivetti – I’ve passed up two of these locally and I’m never quite sure why.

  10. I got the letterhead scan from a fellow collector in trade for another. Then I used it to print out “new” stationary.

  11. Cool! If you want, I’ve got some letterheads that I’d be willing to trade for some other typewriter letterheads. I’d really like the Underwood one here, and if you have one a Royal letterhead. Thanks!
