Man, I feel ya. Gen has a friend in Chicago who has gone through multiple organ transplants and months of dialysis, the works. And yet, while in what could only be described as the most profound discomfort, she is a pistol and a half.
It’s funny, as a man I can perform strength-based tasks and do serious physical harm to a person should they need it, yet I know that I’m not half as tough as Gen’s 90 lb. friend.

“Tough” is a headgame, I think. After watching my mother’s years of cancer treatments and surgeries, I can’t look at her now without an overwhelming sense of awe.
