Bravo! Very well stated. And much funnier than my own attempt.
The irony is that I’ve spent nearly an hour of my scant NaNoWriMo story writing time writing a defense of why I’m writing a NaNoWriMo story. That’s just messed up.

Kind of like Burning Man, without the grit and windburn. And everyone smells better at the end. (Hopefully.)
