Here you will find updates on the state of historic buildings in Rochester, MN: which ones are targeted for demolition, which ones are threatened, and which ones have been saved by preservation. There may also be the occasional rant about the lack of preservation-mindedness in this town and other poor architectural choices.

On a related note, this blog may soon shift addresses slightly. In order to incorporate multiple blogs on the same site, I’ve upgraded to a different version of Wordpress. Likely, the change will consist of a single letter in the URL: “blogs” instead of “blog”. Will keep you posted.
